We’re excited to announce the release of DriveWorks 17 SP 2, now available to download from the DriveWorks Hub. In this Service Pack, we’ve added lots more exciting enhancements to DriveWorks 17, which already included enhancements and new features added to Design Automation, Usability, Scalability and 3D. The DriveWorks Tech Team Thursday webinars are a series of 30-minute value-added webinars exclusively for DriveWorks Reseller AEs and DriveWorks Pro customers on subscription support. In our new series, Mike, a Technical Specialist at DriveWorks, will take a look at some of the latest features and enhancements in DriveWorks 17 and he’ll show you how to use them.

It’s been a busy couple of months for the DriveWorks team as we’ve been on the road supporting our resellers at their SOLIDWORKS 2020 launch events.

Furniture manufacturer, Maglin were introduced to DriveWorks by Javelin Technologies and together they were able to quickly and easily implement DriveWorks software, allowing Maglin to successfully move to manufacturing – and to market – much faster.

In September, we went on a DriveWorks SWUG Tour of California. Heather from the DriveWorks team visited and presented at five SOLIDWORKS User Groups meetings. It was a great time to be on the road talking about DriveWorksXpress and the DriveWorksXpress Training and Certification Program.

Last week DriveWorks CEO, Glen Smith and Vice President and Co Founder, Maria Sakar attended the Institute of Export and International Trade, Gala Dinner at The Fishmongers Hall in London.

On Friday 6th September, we held our Queen’s Award presentation and Digital Technology & Automation Open Day. Presented to us. We welcomed guests including The Lord-Lieutenant of Cheshire, Local MP, the Mayor of Warrington, friends, family and many more.

As part of their ‘Les Bonnes Bouffes de L’indus’ or ‘The Good Food of the Industry’ events series, Visiativ are holding three DriveWorks events across France. Join us in Nantes, Lyon and Paris for these events where Visiativ will be sharing their technical knowledge on how you can solve some of your CAD challenges with a DriveWorks configurator.
