Dynamic Form Controls DriveWorks Solo Tech Tip
In DriveWorks Solo you can create interactive and dynamic Forms easily by linking Form Controls together using Control Properties. By linking Control returns to other properties it is possible to change positions, visibility, values and selections within the DriveWorks Form and Project. This allows you to show different options based on selections and rules to aid guided selling. Find out more in this month’s DriveWorks Solo Tech Tip.

SLUGME – 6 Years Later and Still Going Strong
On Saturday, August 21st at 6pm Paris, France local time, (just after the green flag waved starting the 24-hour Le Mans) this year’s SLUGME started! This was the 6th iteration of the SOLIDWORKS Largest User Group Meeting Ever – but instead of the largest event, this time it was the SOLIDWORKS Longest User Group Meeting Ever.

Creating a 3D Printed Phone Holder Configurator
Every year we take on placement students across many of our team and this past year has been no different. During Sophie’s placement, we tasked her with developing a Phone Holder Configurator. The goal of the project was to create a new Example Configurator for DriveWorksLive.com demonstrating how DriveWorks can be used to generate 3D printing manufacturing data for highly customizable consumer products.

Solid Solutions Training at DriveWorks HQ
This week we’re joined by the team from SolidSolution for on-site technical training with our technical experts,Tom and Will. Solid Solutions are the UK’s largest SOLIDWORKS reseller and have office locations all around the country. They have a strong technical team with over 30 Elite Applications Engineers. It’s great welcome visitors back at DriveWorks HQ making use of our training room!
