DriveWorks World 2024 customer story highlights
At DriveWorks World 2024, we shared a new collection of customer stories, showing how manufacturers in different industries use DriveWorks technology. Here are some of the customer story highlights from last year’s event:

Wozair is based in the South of England and specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing heavy-duty heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) products. They opened their presentation by crediting DriveWorks technology with giving them a “fresh start”. Implementing DriveWorks has enabled them to automate and speed up their design process, reduce their risk of human error, and get information from their design team to their manufacturing team much quicker.
They explained how using DriveWorks Model Insight helps them to implement projects faster and how the implementation of DriveWorks technology has enabled them to maintain a consistent design philosophy. Material traceability is key for Wozair’s nuclear accreditations and this is easily facilitated using DriveWorks technology.

Stahlton Bauteile is an Architectural and Building components company based in Switzerland. Together with DriveWorks reseller, Visiativ Benelux, they shared how they have implemented a DriveWorks CPQ solution. They used CPQ DriveApps as an “out of the box” framework that met all of their customization requirements. They also explained how they successfully integrated DriveWorks with their ERP system and how they adapted their UI to work for different user ability levels.
Their customer story video was followed up with a live Q&A with Christian Hagen – Civil Engineer at Stahlton Bauteile AG, Jeroen van der Burg – DriveWorks Consultant & Specialist at Visiativ Benelux and Geert Henrikx – Data Management Consultant and DriveWorks Design Specialist at Visiativ Benelux. It was great to have them join us live to answer questions from DriveWorks World attendees and share their experience.

ÖDÜL MADENİ EŞYA, based in Turkey, has been a manufacturer of home appliances for more than 50 years, exporting to over 86 countries around the world. Serkan Çibir, from DriveWorks reseller Tekyaz, explained how Ödül has built an online product configurator using DriveWorks Pro, enabling both their sales team and customers to configure products accurately and efficiently.
For Ödül, the most important aspect of DriveWorks is that it prevents the wrong product from being manufactured. Adding DriveWorks to their design process has also reduced the time spent specifying new products for their customers by 40% and reduced labor time by 70%.

SharkCrates shared a presentation on how DriveWorks technology has enabled them to reduce human error, save time, and keep pace with their innovation. Shark Crates are based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and produce affordable wood shipping crates on demand.
They shared how before implementing DriveWorks they had challenges with the amount of time it was taking to generate quotes and other internal items. DriveWorks technology has enabled them to streamline their internal process and reduce their quote cycle times.
