They have integrated ConfigureBlue™ with their CRM system, Salesforce, enabling them to automatically create quotes and manage their sales opportunities.
Additional integration with Freightview enables users to estimate the shipping time and cost once their product has been configured.
Blue Giant’s configurator is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It reduces repetitive, manual tasks and simplifies the sales process for their complex configurable products, allowing them to create up to 150 opportunities each day.
ConfigureBLUE™ generates drawings and models to the customer’s exact specification. The quote and drawings are created within 5 minutes, a process which could take up to 3 days manually.
Reducing the time taken to send quotes to customers has enabled them to win sales opportunities they may have otherwise missed.
