DriveWorks Drivers aims to connect DriveWorks Users from around the world, featuring guest speakers sharing experiences and encouraging questions and dialogue about the technology. The meetings are held at 3pm and 9pm (GMT) so you can join whichever time best suits you! Here’s what you can expect from the next DriveWorks Drivers meeting on Thursday, 10th March.

We love being part of the SWUG community and once again this year we wanted to recognise a leader who has stood out from the crowd. At 3DEXPERIENCE World 2022, we were proud to announce the winner of the 2021 DriveWorks Award for SWUG Leader of the Year is Kirby Downey. Kirby is the leader of the London SOLIDWORKS User Group also the SWUG Committee Representative for the UK.

This year, 3DEXPERIENCE World 2022 was reimagined to be an all-virtual event due to the global pandemic. As a virtual event, it meant it was open to anyone around the world to attend, for free! The three-day event was filled with inspiring keynote presentations, educational breakout sessions and lots of virtual networking! Here’s what we got up to during this year’s event.

We’re excited to launch a new series of Let’s Chat About, where each week we’ll be chatting all about DriveWorks and deep-diving into different topics. In each session, members of the DriveWorks team discuss a specific topic, encouraging attendees to ask questions and share their own knowledge with others in the DriveWorks Community. The Let’s Chat About sessions aim to help DriveWorks users to learn more about DriveWorks, improve their technical knowledge and get the most from the software.

3DEXPERIENCE World 2022 will now be a completely virtual event, from February 7-9, 2022. Make sure to visit our team at our virtual booth and take advantage of the DriveWorks on-demand sessions that will be available throughout the event.

The First Robotics Season 2022 has been launched. This year, the competition is sponsored by The Boeing Company. FIRST® is a not-for-profit public charity working to inspire young people’s interest and participation in science and technology. We are excited to be part of the FIRST® Robotics Competition, supporting teams with useful resources, learning opportunities and new skills.

As part of the DriveWorks Community, we are proud to present the DriveWorks Learning Portal. The Learning Portal offers a whole host of DriveWorks training, resources and certifications for you to access at any time.
